Overview

• Wave a staff to shoot magic in the direction Shiren is facing
• Staves have a number of charges
  • If you swing a staff with 0 charges, nothing happens
• If you throw a staff and it strikes a target, the staff effect will activate even if the staff has 0 charges
• The number of charges on a staff is determined randomly within a range
